Both my grandmothers have been battling Alzheimer's Disease for the past few years. Through this cookbook, I hope to archive their special recipies and preserve their legacies.

Growing up my mom and dad have always expressed love through food. Family dinners and restaurant tastings are the backbone of the Chai household. I'm happy to bring back a few unique recipes from Asia to share with them!

Food acts as a strong tie to my Korean heritage. I hope to pass on this cookbook to my own children one day so they can explore their culture through food as well.
